1. GENERAL
1.1 These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("Customer") place an order with Alpha Zoo via the website www.alphazoo.se and related pages ("Web Shop"). The Terms apply between you and 2TM Holding AB, org. no. 556541-9420 (Alpha Zoo), and it is between these two that an agreement is entered into. The company with which you enter into the agreement is referred to below as "Alpha Zoo".
1.2 Alpha Zoo does not process cash purchases for persons under 16 years of age and no credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age.
1.3 Alpha Zoo reserves the right for any image or typographical errors in the Web Shop. The image information presented on the website should be viewed only as examples and cannot guarantee the actual quantity or appearance of the goods, their functions, or their origin. Alpha Zoo does not take responsibility for information presented by third parties on www.alphazoo.se. There may be room for misunderstanding regarding product descriptions, technical specifications, pricing, and inventory information. Alpha Zoo has the right to change or update information whenever necessary, including correcting any errors. Alpha Zoo cannot guarantee delivery on time or the availability of goods at the time of order before the delivery confirmation is sent. We also reserve the right to correct pricing, both before and after the order is processed and before the delivery confirmation is sent out.
1.4 The Web Shop, as well as all content on it, is owned by Alpha Zoo or its licensors or franchisees. The information is protected by law regarding, for example, copyright, marketing, and trademarks. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used without written consent from Alpha Zoo.
1.5 Alpha Zoo has its warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, and the products are therefore sent from Stockholm and must also be sent back to the warehouse in Stockholm in the event of a return or complaint. Alpha Zoo's return policy can be read on the Exchanges and Returns page.
2. AGREEMENT AND ORDERING
2.1 To make a purchase via the Web Shop, the customer must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, the customer commits to following the Terms and confirms that they have read the information regarding personal data and consented to the use of cookies in accordance with Alpha Zoo's privacy policy. A purchase agreement, to which these terms apply ("agreement"), is entered into only once Alpha Zoo has confirmed the customer's order in writing and sent a delivery confirmation to the customer.
2.2 Alpha Zoo strives to ensure that the customer receives a delivery confirmation no later than 48 hours after Alpha Zoo has received an order. If an order is placed on a Friday or holiday, Alpha Zoo will attempt to send a delivery confirmation no later than 6:00 PM on the following business day. A delivery confirmation can only be sent to the customer if Alpha Zoo has received and can verify the customer's residential address and correct email address.
3. CUSTOMER DATA ETC.
3.1 The customer confirms that the information provided by the customer is correct and fully completed. The customer is responsible for incorrectly completed information and any damage this may cause.
3.2 The customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the customer can use the customer's login details. The customer must not disclose the username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing the username and password are kept in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. The customer must immediately notify Alpha Zoo if it is suspected that an unauthorized person knows the customer's password. The customer is responsible for all purchases and information made using their login details.
3.3 If Alpha Zoo suspects that the customer is abusing their user account or login details or is otherwise violating the terms, Alpha Zoo has the right to suspend the customer with immediate effect. Alpha Zoo also has the right, for any reason, to assign new login details to the customer.
4. PRICES, FEES, AND PAYMENT
4.1 When ordering via the Web Shop, the prices stated in the Web Shop apply. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) for Sweden, excluding shipping costs and including VAT.
4.2 The customer can pay for their order via invoice or credit card payment according to the payment methods shown in the Web Shop. For each order, the currently applicable delivery fee is added, which is stated in the Web Shop. When paying by invoice, the currently applicable invoice fee as indicated in the Web Shop is also added. Read more under Payment.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Goods in stock are normally delivered within 1–3 business days from when your order was placed.
5.2 The customer can collect their package up to 7 days from the time notification is received.
6. RIGHT OF RETURN AND CANCELLATION
6.1 Alpha Zoo always offers a 30-day right of return and/or exchange when purchasing goods in the Web Shop at the website www.alphazoo.se.
6.2 When purchasing goods, a 30-day right of cancellation applies in accordance with consumer rights regulations. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Alpha Zoo within 30 days from receiving the ordered item. For returns, a return fee of SEK 69 and a warehouse handling fee of SEK 100 are added, which are deducted from the refund. For uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 150 is charged. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear or swimwear with broken packaging.
6.3 The right of cancellation does not apply if the customer breaks the packaging of an item, unless this is necessary to examine or test the item as stated in Alpha Zoo's return policy, which can be read on the Exchanges and Returns page.
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, Alpha Zoo follows decisions from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden). Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. These terms were established by Alpha Zoo on 2026-07-22.
